I have had a problem with mice in my house twice in about 3 years. I thought it was under control but then I heard some scratching in my walls and that got me scared again.
Vance came and was very reasonable and knowledgeable. He was kind and reassuring too. He took action and offered different suggestions as to what to do. He was very good at finding entry points as well. He blocked entry points and did so thoroughly.
I would definitely call Vance again. But I honestly think this is one of the last times I will ever have to call someone for the mice in my house.
