My husband had swollen thumb and bites on his back. I called bunch of companies and other than Vance, no one was ready to come over my house and do free inspection so that I could know what insect it was. This immediately created a positive repute for Vance in my mind. He came and did the inspection. He showed us 1 bedbug from our room, he also insisted on getting only one room treated as there were no signs of bedbugs in other areas of house. i was so impressed by his honesty because he could have easily charged us for the entire house. We didn't had any bites since the treatment. Vance is trustworthy, thats all I have to say.
