Vance is professional and friendly. I called him after seeing a mouse in my garage. He gave me the same day appointment and was in my house right on time. He inspected my whole house (not just the garage), fixed all the entry points for mice from outside and inside and placed some baits as well. Mouse were gone within 2 days. I would for sure call Vance again for any other pest issue in future.
