Turnbull did such a great job with my roof, I couldn't ask for more. Friendly and professional service is what you get and then some. Unfortunately, we sustained some damage to our roof a few months after it was done. Turnbull was there every step of the way ensuring the repairs were done and our warranty remained valid. Not only are they great at what they do, they are also amazing human beings and I'm happy that I put my trust and my hard earned money in this company.

Our roof needed replacement and after reading positive reviews on Homestars, we called Turnbull Roofing for an estimate.

Chris, the estimator, arrived right on time, and as pointed out in a number of reviews, was easygoing and knowledgeable. We decided to go with Turnbull Roofing because Chris was genuine, honest, and because the business is local and established. We wanted to make sure that they'd be around if we had a problem.

The next day, we were penciled in for the week of August 22. On the Monday of that week, a gentlemen from Turnbull Roofing called and said, barring any weather, that our installation would happen on that Friday. Sure enough, the crew arrived on time, moved all our stuff off the patio, did the job, and cleaned up and replaced all our patio furniture. The crew cleaned the place so well it looked better than when they had started.

Overall, I was expecting a painless process. In the end, I actually had a pleasant experience - not really what I was expecting from a roofing company. Turnbull Roofing is honestly priced, fast, and a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend them to any of my friends and neighbours looking to have a roof installed.

I had the unfortunate need to replace the roof on our home. I went on-line to find a roofing contractor. I came across many who came to our home to give us a quote. The quotes were all in close proximity to each other, but one stood out because of the gentleman (Chris) who provided the quote from Turnbull Roofing. Chris spent a lot of time with us reviewing the different shingles, both manufacturer and colour selection. After spending an hour with Chris, I had no hesitation in signing his order. The best part was when the crew arrived to remove the existing shingles and replace them with the new Owens Corning shingles. They were incredibly fast and the clean up after they completed the job was unbelievable. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the job they did. As a result of doing such a great job, Turnbull is signing up other neighbours on our street who came to talk to us about the job on our home. We are more than happy to have recommended Turnbull to our neighbours. The crew that did the new roof on our home were friendly, courteous and very attentive to the job they did. Obviously, I can't recommend Turnbull Roofing highly enough.

Had Steve come out to quote a full replacement of my old (and now leaking) nasty green roof back at the end of July.
Steve took my initial call, and we set up an appointment to meet later that same week. Steve arrived on the exact date and time of our meeting to review the work, and provided me a quote on the spot (went with the Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Shingles).
I had a few other contractors coming in to quote the work, but Steve was the only one who made his appointments AND followed up to see if I wanted to go ahead.
We scheduled the install (full removal and replacement of existing roofing material from house and detached garage) for the second week of August, with the exact dates TBD.
Got a call end of the first week of August, and install was booked for August 9 and 10 (the hottest two days of the summer as it turned out!)
I leave early for work, and get home mid afternoon, and never once saw the crew. The end of the first day found about 1/2 the main house complete. Property was left really clean considering they were coming back again the next day. Materials were neatly stacked and out of the way, and no sign of nails/old shingles on the lawn or in the gardens.
100% completion the following day. Property was left in perfect condition (no mess/garbage/debris). We have a big garden out from that I was worried might get damaged, but everything was untouched.
Our old flashing was green (to match the roof), and the crew had done a great job spray painting the flashing black (couldn't be replaced as it was mortared directly into the homes brickwork.
Ended up pouring rain that weekend, and the drips that had plagued my garage are gone. I checked the bottoms of the downspouts for nails that might have been washed out, and never found one.
Great job to the folks at Turnbull. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality job done in a timely fashion.

They cleaned up everything when finished and our roof looks amazing!
