I had a great experience. Emailed for a quote and was immediately provided with a text acknowledging and a call to help me set up. The very next day a clean bin arrived exactly where it was supposed to go. Pick up was just as easy as was the extension provided. My follow up questions were quickly answered. Price was better than competition too! Can't get better than this. 5 stars!

We made a comparison of cost, bin size and weight and Trash Connection came out on top. I had called them later in the day and they hooked us up for a next morning drop off. The bin was larger than the competition, for a better price, which was perfect because our tear out was bigger than we expected. So easy! We will definitely use them again.

Abraham and team have come to our rescue twice now! He was referred to me a couple of years ago by a neighbor and helped troubleshoot and resolve a roof leak issue. I called him again this past week and sure enough, his prompt, professional, polite team solved a different roofing issue for us. While I have not used Abraham's waste related services, he has helped us out twice with emergency home repair services and I am a happy, satisfied customer who would call him again :)

Len was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. Like many families during the COVID-19 lockdown we became bored and decided to de-clutter our house, garden and garage. We had never rented a dumpster before and when I called Len I had no idea what size we should consider. Len was very helpful and offered me a deal not even advertised on the website. Judging from the other companies I called, Len gave me a very good price. The dumpster arrived on schedule. I have to be honest, it was a bright green, good looking almost upscale dumpster so we were actually quite happy to have it in our driveway. The man unloading the dumpster was pleasant and took care not to scratch our driveway. We chose to have the dumpster for 5 days but we could have had it for longer. The dumpster was picked up on schedule and there were no extra charges or hidden fees. All and all it was a very pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to do it again. We had previously paid men with pick up trucks to take debris to the city dump but by the time we paid them for their time driving to and from the dump and waiting for the truck contents to be processed at the dump, renting the dumpster was a much better deal.

Thanks Len you were quick to answer our nightmare. We started a small project ended up to be quite big. Len sent a bin to our house for 10 day rental. Len asked where the bin should be placed, used wooden blocks to protect the driveway. When the bin was filled, I called for the bin to be removed, the bin was removed the same day.

I needed a bin since my family and I were moving and needed to slim down on accumulated junk and old furniture etc. We called Trash Connections and they were very helpful getting us setup. We had our bin literally the next day. The bin was perfect, but more importantly, when I needed a few extra days, they obliged and were extremely accommodating. Excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend.

I have known Abraham / Rapid Tac for quite some years.
Abraham has helped me to take care of the house-exterior. He has applied chaulking to the chimney and wall-cracks in the past, and patched the frames of my basement windows (all to stop the rain water and melting snow from leaking into the house).
His most recent work involved pouring concrete around the drainage well located in my driveway. The job was clean and thorough.
He is a friend. I have more work lined up for him already, on the ageing house.

I spoke with Len in the Durham Region and he helped me decide how big of a container I needed. Jessie dropped off and picked up in a timely manner. Very efficient as to where I wanted it placed and he made sure to protect my driveway by placing wooden blocks down to rest the bin on.

I needed to get some construction waste out of my backyard to prepare for a new project... I called Len early morning and he was able to come by on short notice to help me out.
