Royal Town Landscape Developments

Royal Town was recommended to us by neighbours who had a very similar project done two years ago. Danilo came out promptly after I contacted him, and gave us a very competitive quote. He also provided excellent design advice and guidance on product selection. He did the work on schedule, on time and on budget. His workers were friendly and efficient and they were able to accommodate a couple of minor changes during the project. Clean up was thorough and they even took away some extra debris for us. The asphalt paving part of the work was done by another company and the two contractors coordinated their work perfectly. We're very pleased with the results and have received many compliments from our neighbours.

Met with Danilo about our plant to re-do the front walkway, and add a walkway down the side of our house plus add a larger area for entertaining. He communicated with us on a regular basis. There are always 'surprizes' during construction, but Danilo was always there with a solution.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN, do not believe the reviews, his work is horrible and did not last at my home for more than 2 years (his warranty) and he refused to return to fix his mediocre work. He does not deserve a high rating.

Danny and his team were extremely prodessional and cortious.
A complete opposite of some of our less pleasant experiences with contractors in the past.

They priced the job fairly, started and completed it on time and quality is just superb!

Danilo and his partner came as expected on time on the date confirmed and performed an amazing job on the retaining wall and interlocking stone paving of the front pad parking. They were very accommodating and had a great solution and flexibility on the design and adjustment for the retaining wall using the existing brick and stones. They completed the work on time and they cleaned up before leaving. We highly recommend Danilo of Royal Town Landscape and we will use him again!

My porch and steps needed to be rebuilt after a rough winter and after interviewing several companies I ended up choosing Danny/Danilio and Royal Town Landscape primarily because of the good impression he left me with. From our first interaction, Danny was very thorough in explaining his proposed solution and I found him honest and sincere. After signing the contract, I liked the fact that he wass completely hands-on involved with all aspects of the project. From picking out the stones, inviting me to see examples of other project sites, working side by side with his crew in doing all the various tasks, Danny made sure that every stage of the project met my expectations and satisfaction. I never felt that he rushed his work and in fact he took extra time to make sure the work was done perfectly. His prices are very reasonable and I was very happy with the final product. In the beginning I was planning to only do the front steps but because of the great work, I'm hoping now I can somehow book a time-slot this fall for him to work on the side walkway. Royal Town is highly recommended.

1) new concrete steps extending across entire front yard porch and finished in natural stone
2) front yard landing and walkway in interlock stone
3) front yard prep and planting of shrubs
4) side house walkway
5) backyard 2-level patio in interlock stone
6) back yard tree planting

Thanks to Danilo and team for an amazing job on our backyard patio! He even brought 4 other people with him to speed up the process. I had asked for wide large stairs as I wanted it to be safe for my daughter when she stepped out from inside the house but didn't realize how heavy they were. Danilo and his team brought these heavy stones from the front to the back by pushing and lifting. They got the job on time!

We hired Danilo to reconstruct our front porch wood stairs because we saw all of his wonderful reviews on Homestars. And the quality he delivered was 100%!! We could not believe the detailed carpentry that went into constructing the new stairs, making them safe (because the old ones were not) and coming up with solutions to a couple of problems that had arisen from our old stairs being built improperly. Thank you so much for your hard work, Danilo!!

Danilo and his crew were excellent. Danilo took the time to understand our project and offered some excellent suggestions. He really listened to what we wanted and took the extra time needed to finish the job. He showed us all the different options for stones and patterns and worked with us on a design.
