Danny was very pleasant to deal with when he came over to give us an estimate for putting down an interlock front/side walkway and backyard patio. He gave us good recommendations on what needed to be done. The estimate he gave was very reasonable compared to some of the other ones we received. When Danny and his crew started everything was done in a timely fashion. More recently, they also fixed part of our fence that brought down by a windstorm. They did a great job on that too. Danny was always easily reachable for any questions or concerns, which was a welcome change.
To sum it up, we were very satisfied with their work and we have already recommended them to a neighbour.

Danilo has been very professional and responsive. The effort and care they put in preparing the foundation is exceptional which right away sets them apart from many other contractors that I observed working in our neighbourhood. The job was done right, on time and on budget. Danilo even followed up with a text message to make sure everything is good and indicated that he will come back to inspect the work in Spring. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with the way Danny and his crew did our driveway. It’s not only the quality of work that is very good but also very reasonable. Danny did some work which is not part of the contract I did not hear any complain and he did not ask for extra pay. That’s how professional Danny is. Danilo and his team were professional, timely, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Danilo has great attention to detail and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a landscaping project.

Danilo and his team delivered a wonderful job that all my neighbours commended as they walked by. The quality of the work is excellent and his crew went above and beyond the expected work. This work entailed: interlocking driveway and front entrance, side and back of the house, re-dressing the water spouts throughout the house, re-sodding, landscaping and natural stone applied to the front steps. Overall the work with rainy days, took about a month. One thing I would recommend to his future clients is to have everything in writing ahead of time (including taxes applied, and what's in and out of the estimate) I would also recommend to have a design ahead of time, so clients know what to expect. The results were excellent, but the client will not be surprised with a design at hand prior to making a large financial commitment.
I would recommend his workmanship to my friends and it is a pleasure to work with Danilo.

The front entrance of our home was a plain concrete slab. The step down was starting to spall and the result was unattractive. We wanted to update, but we were not sure with what. A couple of neighbourhood acquaintances had had their porch areas redone in flagstone and we went to take a look. The results were top-notch and the homeowners were completely satisfied. The work had been done by Danny and his team, and were highly recommended. In fact, Danny had been very busy in the neighbourhood, working on several projects. Upon meeting with Danny, we were confident that we need not look any further. The porch was completed last week and it is exactly what we wanted. Danny and his team do the job right, working very hard and paying attention to the small details as well as the large. Workers were all very polite and respectful. Danilo and his team were fantastic. Very professional and courteous. This review is a little late, it will be 2 years now. I can tell you the job looks great. I will post pictures as soon as the weather gets better. I have even recommended Royal Town to my boss! We would definitely hire them back to do our porch and steps.

Our 20+ yr sidewalks were no longer looking attractive. There were gaps between stones where weeds were growing. Antss have brought sand to the surface undermining the sidewalk making it noticeably uneven and ice had caused some heaving. RoyalTown was doing a major project next door. We were so impressed with their capabilities we asked for a quote, then proceeded to have the work done later in the summer.
The sidewalks look fabulous. The stones were relaid on a refilled sand base, tightly together. A sealing compound was shaken and swept into all crevices and wetted down. This compound was not available when our driveway and sidewalks were originally laid. The compound hardens to prevent weed growth and ant damage. The worksite was left in excellent condition.Danilo Otero, the owner, is frequently onsite. His staff are meticulous, hardworking and friendly.
Perhaps a bigger endorsement is that friends, other neighbours and family members have seen the work and have requested quotes. RoyalTown will have a hard time getting out of our neighbourhood!

Danilo and his team came highly recommended to us from many neighbours on our street - he seems to be the resident landscaper around here. So, upon contacting him we were confident that his work would be good, however, what we didn't realize is how easy he and his team would be to work with and how much they would exceed our expectations. We had provided some plans to Danilo and he was easily able to work with these but at the same time provided his own feedback / suggestions. He spent time with us when talking about materials and not once did we ever feel rushed. We started having second thoughts on one suggestion and he even met my husband at the Stone Yard to assist with this process. His team was friendly, efficient and very tidy - they always cleaned up after themselves and left our yard in great condition after each and every day. We also had a pretty strict timeline we were working towards because we had some out of country visitors arriving and Danilo fit us in and made sure our job was completed on time! I honestly cannot recommend Danilo and his team more highly - they are professional, honest and kind people and what's more their work is stunning!!!!!! We have had SO many compliments on our front yard since Danilo and his team completed their job! We couldn't be happier! If you use Danilo and his team I can assure you that you will not be disappointed!!!!!!
