Extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. I phoned A & A Masonry and within a day I received a call from Hayden. Within two days of that call Hayden and Dominic came by and saw the cracks in the foundation and the bricks (at the back corner of my garage) which were starting to fall away from the wall. I had fears of my foundation sinking and that the job was going to be costly. Dominic reassured me that the damage was minimal and that excavation was not necessary. Instead the cracks were to be filled and the bricks removed and then relayed. Hayden called a couple of times before the job was to start asking if I had any questions, which I did and he was happy to answer them. Within a week Dwight came by and did the work. I am very pleased with the workmanship and with how clean the worksite was when the job was finished. Dwight was very personable and as stated, he did excellent work. If in the future I have any other issues I will not hesitate to call A&A Masonry - excellent customer service!

I had contacted A & A back in July 2015 to do some pointing, replace half of my window sills, and various cracked bricks around the house.
Steven came by the next day and provided me with a quote.
He was very professional and knowledgeable in the work that need to be done.
Joe and Kyle showed up on time as promised.
They worked thoroughly and efficiently and completed the work in one day.
I was so impressed on their workmanship and how clean they left the place.
I have recommended A & A to my neighbor that needed his sills replaced in April 2016, so I had the rest of my window sills replaced as well.
I have now used A & A twice and would certainly use them again in the future.

The work quality and service I received from John, Darren and Paul and their teams is truly second to none. The project involved demolishing an existing concrete porch, pouring a new one and finishing with rubber coating. There were weather issues, gas line issues and regular life issues and A &A was beyond responsive and professional. And the quality of the work is now the envy of my neighbourhood! I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again.

Our cold cellar had a lot of damaged bricks due to to the freeze thaw cycle of the winter. We called A&A & it was discovered that there was no drip edges on the bottom side of the concrete slab which covered the damaged area. James took on the job,& was very pleasant & informing. We were very happy& satisfied with the result.

Andy, Mike and their staff are highly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They show up on time and work good and fast. I will surely call them any time I require masonry services and will recommend them to anyone else needing masonry work.

Received a wide range of work from replacing flaking bricks, waterproofing, parging around house and a new front porch. All stages of my contact with A&A Masonry from Bill providing explanations and estimates; Dwight who did the brick replacement, parging and waterproofing, and Jose who built the new porch were friendly and professional. I received exemplary service, felt at ease with everyone involved and confident I was making a solid investment with these repairs and improvements. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again....and again.

Dwight did an excellent job! Very neat and complete. I was very happy with his work. It was better than I anticipated. He arrived on time, went over the criteria, did as requested plus he was most personable and courteous!

Price quoted was fair with good and punctual, fast service to fix our chimney and masonary work surrounding whole house. Crew ( Ronaldo, Agusto and his team) were professional, efficient and delivered great work for rebuilding our chimney. They also maintain a clean and safe work environment during the process.
