Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in

I contacted Pioneer to have 2 windows installed. I wanted one of them to meet certain specifications and Pioneer met all of them. The service and workmanship was impeccable and professional throughout. The finished look was exactly what I had in mind. I also appreciated the follow-up visit where I had a personal demonstration on how to handle the window panes when cleaning is required. I would definitely rehire them without hesitation.

- Provide timely updates on delivery of goods when hit by delays. A short email or voice mail should suffice.

- Do your homework and get several estimates. Your final choice should not always be based solely on price.
