We are very, very happy with Deborah's work.
Deborah has an excellent sense of colour, space and proportion.
Our renvation is much nicer that that of others in our neighbourhood who paid the same amount of money or more.
Our kitchen is spectacular.
Deborah helped us as we worked our way through adding a main floor family room and garage to our 75 year old home which had many original elements prior to our renovation. In addition she assisted us in generally updating the entire house over a 2 year period, with my husband and I living in the house throughout the renovation.
This was our first experience doing a major renovatiion to a house. We engaged Deborah after first working for a few months with a very good contractor who was not meeting deadlines and who prepared the plans for the permit for the addition and garage. Deborah reworked many elements of the plans and changed what would have been OK to spectacular. She corrected the mistakes of others involved in the project, some of which we were aware of, and some not aware of but would have otherwise later become apparent to us.
Deborah is adept at changing the direction of a contractor when needed.
Like Deborah, the trades with whom Deborah works are also highly skilled, honest, reasonably priced, and work within pre-arranged deadlines.
We our very proud of the appearance and atmosphere of our home.
We are grateful to Deborah for guiding us through the renovation and in so doing minimizing the pain and troubles and cost over-runs generally associated with a renovation. Deborah is a pleasure to work with and a real asset to any job.
