Needing to replace part of my 20+ year old eavestrough and put new ones on the garage I called several companies for a quote. One of the companies I called was Joel Daniels. Dan returned my call the next day and the following day was at my home. He was very patient with all my questions and took the time to explain my options and gave me a quote for the 2 options I was interested in.I told him I was waiting for several other quotes and would be in touch. Needless to say I ended up choosing Joel Daniels.... Why ? The timely manner in which my call was returned... this showed me they were interested in my business...the friendly manner and patience Dan showed in answering my questions ( even when I asked them more than once)... and the price was better than several other companies. On the date decided for installation everything went as discussed... Kyler who did the installation was friendly and did a great job in a very timely manner and did a superb job cleaning up after... and even cleaned out the back eavestrough which at this time I had decided not to replace. Dan followed up .... I told him I was extremely pleased with the service provided and would be replacing the back eavestrough next year . I would highly recommend Joel Daniels and Dan to anyone needing eavestroughing and will be using their services next year. Thank-you Dan (See you next year for my back eavestrough).
