Sandip was a referral from a family member. He took the time to explain the principles of A/C operation, the requirements for our home size, and the various models and options available to us. He gave the detailed scope of work to be done, including a levelled patio slab for the unit to sit upon. On installation day, the service crew were on time, did a clean job, and there were no issues at all.
