An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I am writing to you to let you know that we are very pleased with our recent purchase of the Trane XV95 furnace installed by Furnace King (installed Sep 30). The air quality and the temperature consistency throughout the house is much improved and the furnace has performed as you promised. Your team (Mike and his assistant) did an excellent job of removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Sandip, you did a great job of explaining exactly what we were buying and the differences between each type of furnace. Purchasing a new furnace is a big investment and you took the time to explain the product differences and why Furnace King was a great company to do business with.
