I had an opportunity to meet up Sandip from Furnace King. He is an expert in the field and was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Very transparent with the cost and the whole process. The technicians arrived the next day and my hvac system and the tankless water heater was installed within the same day. I had some issue with my thermostat not being compatible with my system and Sandip offered to send a technician have my new smart thermostat installed for no extra charge. Sandip also accommodated my concerns about the installation and the cost and offered a very competitive price with a good financing option. Special shout-out to Bryan, Claudio and the boys.
