They spent time with us to give us proper recommendations on other outdoor/tree care questions we had. Friendly and polite. Only draw back if any is hard to get on the phone, but, this is insignificant as they are well equipped to spontaniously reply to you over email. They have a laptop in vehicle to send and receive messages. I will surely recommend them for any tree cutting, tree care job. Very good business ethics. It is money well spent.
