We recently engaged this company for a pre-move inspection of our new apartment, expecting a thorough assessment given that the apartment was fairly new. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The inspector, Amir, failed to identify several critical defects, including issues with the refrigerator, a leaking faucet, and a malfunctioning dryer. These oversights ultimately led to us incurring a loss of $5,000 shortly after moving in to address these problems ourselves.
To make matters worse, when we reached out to address these concerns, the company was unresponsive and showed no willingness to take responsibility for their subpar service. This lack of accountability was disappointing, to say the least. Given our experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough inspection.
