All About Granite

Had a granite counter installed by this company. They insisted that they only deal on cash???? Was delayed due to the workers dropping the slab. Then measured incorrectly. I ended up with a 6" overhang on one side. Lenny said it was great and i was getting extra counter space free of charge. I told him i wanted it fixed. The overall quality of workmanship was terrible. They refused to fix it so i took them to court. The owner showed up looking like he was homeless and claimed to have no assets. I won the lawsuit but have not been able to get money out of these people. They bounced all of my cheques. But they continue to be in business working for cash deals. This is the most unprofessional and shady company and I would never recommend.

I wanted to support a local business. BIG mistake! They talk the talk but its all smoke and mirrors. THEY made an error in ordering one of my counters from the subcontractor and "gave me their word" multiple times that they were at fault and would make it right. Its been a year now and after calling and going there numerous times they have done nothing! More fake promises. I over paid for what was installed and they are not taking responsibility for the error they admitted making.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BOTH LENNY AND STAN WILL NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT THE JOB, I PAID THEM A HUGE DEPOSIT AT THE END OF OCT 2016 AND WAS TOLD IT BE WOULD IN STALLED BY NOV 23RD, ITS NOW JAN 3, 2017 AND I HAVE NO NEW COUNTER. THEY ARE NOT PAYING THE INSTALLER GARY FOR HIS WORK. THESE GUYS ARE NOT NICE TO DEAL WITH THEY ALSO OWN GRANITE QUARTZ AND MORE.............FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!

A disaster. The work was horrible. Took all the money and did not finish the work. Kept saying he would come and fix and did not. The work itself was substandard. The owner was inappropriate; and used inappropriate language. Strongly suggest you find someone else.

Price: Good. Workmanship: Due to incorrectly measuring, 'Gary' (subcontractor from JNL Kitchens) put in a different stone to compensate, then sent someone else to fix it. This took a week and then another issue was that half of countertop jetted out over 2 inches - had to wait for 8 weeks for it to be rectified. Lenny and Stan followed up with me only when I initiated the call to find out what the plan was. In the end my counter top looks great but the overall experience dragged on and has resulted in a delay to put in my backsplash. If I had it to do over again, I would make sure the job was done correctly before finalizing payment.

Sadly, we did not have a good experience with this company. We did a ceiling to floor kitchen reno and they were 2 months late on the extended deadline, didn't show or do any work for many days during this period, made mistakes that professionals should not have (i.e: regarding the position of pot lights which then had to be moved because they didn't consider the position of the cabinets) etc. We had to pay for another electrician to come in and fix their errors. They provided us with different colour/shade cabinet doors and then acted surprised when we pointed it out. Since the renovation, we have had to re attach many of the doors/hinges because they have fallen off, our tap is broken and needs replacing and our doors are actually coming apart at the seams. We paid good money for this renovation and will likely have to have the doors entirely replaced in the future. Final product looks pretty on the surface, but the quality is poor and we are going to have to spend a lot of money to fix all their mistakes.
