New Patio, walkway and porch

We selected Burl Oak Landscaping based on its good rating on Homestars for a project we did in the early summer of 2018. We had very good meetings with Mark who was friendly as we walked through the ideas for the project. Project was led by Lou'ay and I must say I was impressed on the speed and the quality of the project. I really wanted to give a higher rating however the reduced score was due to client servicing relating to several of the patio stones stained from some liquid from some of the equipment the workers used. I highlighted this to Lou'ay at the end of the project. He said he would take care of it "shortly". Over the past year, I contacted Lou'ay and Crystal approx 23 times by phone, text and email to find out when they would rectify the issue. They were friendly and said they would deal with it as soon as they could however 14 months later they have not made good. They did show up 1 day when I wasn't home however the gate to the yard was locked as they came unannounced. No subsequent effort to come was made despite our frequent communication. At this point, I believe I have been patient and respectful yet I have given up. Its unfortunate because I found the overall job to be quite good.

hello Dom. sorry weve been having issues trying to communicate. we are definetly still interested in fixing this issue for you but due to the fact that your back yard gate is locked we are hesitant to gove you a solid date because of constant delays in our industry. weather being the most obvious factor for delaying us. we have shown up twice to fix the issue but with no luck as no one was home and the gate was locked. we will continue to try, and hope we can resolve the issue shortly. Thank you for your patience and I'm confident we will sort this out shortly.
