Back in July of this year, we decided that we'd like some work done on our backyard. We had a budget in mind, and proceeded to use Homestars to locate our landscape contractor. Within minutes, we had identified several candidates (that appear both above and below Burl-Oak's listing...), and had set up initial meetings to get quotes.
Suffice to say, Burl-Oak was the ONLY one who took our quote and designed something to fit our budget. They sat down and explained what work would be done, how it would be done, and when it would be done by. Louay was both professional and approachable i.e. a nice guy who really, really knows his stuff. The end result was something that looks fantastic, and we're quite happy with.
In the end, we had a small budget that Burl-Oak was happy to work with (rather than being condescending like a few of the others on this list), and never made us feel like they needed to finish our job quickly/in a rush in order to land bigger fish.
