We've gone the last 4 years without AC in our home. Summer of 2010 was unbearably hot, so when I found out I was pregnant in Jan 2011, we decided this year we were finally going to get an AC installed. - If you need electrical work done for your HVAC install, you'll save money by hiring an electrician separately. Some HVAC companies will offer to do both (make sure they're licensed electricians) but they'll usually charge a premium. Chris worked directly with the electrician we went with and saved us money on electrician's bill too!
