I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the fan install that was completed. We installed the proper CSA approved fan box and even came back to re-balance it. You and your son were happy with the install when we left. Was there something else that came up that you weren't happy with? I would have preferred that you reached out to me directly to rectify any issues rather than just edit the review. We would happy to take care of any concerns to earn the 10 star back. Curtis
