We own a townhouse which, when built was sadly deficient in the insulation and sealing in the attic - so much that we had significant Ice damming every winter. We had Derek come in and provide advice on the best solution and he then quickly and efficently completed the work. His work was so good that we recommended him to others on our street with the same problems - they hired him as well!
