Drywall Contractors review in

Gave him a substantial deposit (1/2 total job) to do a complete drywall job in my home (2 years ago). Wouldn't do the job, made excuses, wouldn’t return calls or email. He decided, in the end, that he could keep my deposit because "I kept him waiting too long, was uncooperative and inconvenienced him". He has not refunded my deposit to date (I gave it to him almost 2 years ago), case pending in small cliams court.
