The One Roofing

Michael was fabulous right from our first meeting. He took a look at our current roof and made some recommendations unrelated to the work he was doing. He also took the time to do a minor repair to our chimney flashings. Talk about going above and beyond. He arrived on time and had the job done with great quality and service. We've been through most of the spring now with our new vents with no problems to date. I'd highly recommend Michael and The One Roofing.

A recent wind storm took 6 shingles off the front of our roof. Most roofing contractors arn't very interested in doing small repair job, and charge you an arm-and-a-leg for the bother. Michel, however, seems to specialize in smaller roof repairs. .

He fixed our roof completely for a very good price. He even re-glued many of the shingles that weren't broken, just to be sure they wouldn't break off during the next wind storm.

Michel is very professional, kind, and honest. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants "piece of mind" knowing that their roof will get repaired properly. He was able to come and fix my roof's problems in the same day that I called him. This is great because there's supposed to be a lot of rain tomorrow. The shingles are still under warranty but the company that installed them will not honour their warranty! I can't even get them to return my phone calls let alone come out and fix the roof (that's still under warranty)!

Used Michel for a small repair job and am very happy with the outcome. He took the time to explain the fix and I trust that he did it well (did not go on the roof to verify). Very reasonable prices and in my case he was able to do the work the day after I called.

I called Michel to repair two sections of my roof by replacing the old shingles with new ones and installing an ice and water shield and two air vents. I was very satisfied with the quality of Michel’s work. He works hard and fast, but he doesn’t cut corners and he explains every step he is going through. One of my fascia coverings blew off during the spring and after contacting numerous expensive contractors, the work was never done and kept getting postponed. I was walking my dog this morning and ran into Michel who was parked on the side of the road with his roofing truck. I asked if he fixed fascias, he said "not usually, but I can look". He came by my place, looked at the piece, got out his ladder and fixed the fascia as well a couple of loose shingles for 40 dollars (compared to the $180+ quotes from other contractors). He was kind, friendly, and did a top notch, efficient job. I even offered to pay him more but he refused! I will be contacting him with all my roofing needs from now onwards.

Was very impressed with Michel. He was very professional and his service was very prompt. He's very honest, fair and great to deal with.

My roof vent blew off in the wind storm and we didn't know until water was leaking into our bedroom during a heavy rain. Michel came over the very night morning (I had called around 6:00 pm the night before) and put on a new vent.

I would definitely hire him again for any roof repairs needed down the road and would highly recommend him to everyone.

For the crazy wind that flattened the Bluesfest stage on July 17, 2011, a shingle on our house's roof was also blown off and few shingles were loosened because of the wind storm.

Thanks to this site that I have found Michel of "The One" Roofing. I called him in the morning and he came to our house at 1:55PM to repair our roof. His service was top notch. He inspected our roof, replaced the missing shingle with the matching shingle (his truck is equipped with all the shingle stock), fixed up some other loosen shingles, added some needed caulking.

I gave thumbs-up to his repair service. Highly recommended repair roofer for Stittsville, Kanata and Nepean areas. He is "the one" for your roof repair!
