Shawn and his team did a great job with the EIFS stucco on my house. They were flexible with scheduling, worked around the other trades, and the finish product is perfect. Highly recommended.
Used Michel for a small repair job and am very happy with the outcome. He took the time to explain the fix and I trust that he did it well (did not go on the roof to verify). We hired Dave to replace our weeping tile and waterproof our foundation walls after we had water coming into our basement. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and correctly. There was a bit of a wait for him to be available, but he started before he said he would and finished well within the 5 day window that he had allowed himself to do the work. The work was done in 3.5 days - everything was done as promised. They cleaned up our yard and you could hardly tell they'd been there 4 days after starting work. After having several terrible experiences with other individuals / companies in the construction and general contracting industry, we were pleasantly surprised by Dave Marcotte's professionalism, honesty and excellent work ethic. We would recommend Dave Marcotte to anyone without hesitation.
