Westview builders is the worst builder we have ever dealt with and this is the 5th new home we have built. They were 7 months late completing our home and didn't offer any sort of compensation or apologies other than "hey, delays happen." When we tried to find out why nothing was happening with our home they usually just ignored us. If they did respond it was with incorrect information or unrealistic timelines.
We tried complaining to the better business bureau but Westview ignored them as well.
They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. We have now been in our home for almost a month and are still waiitng for them to complete everything. I tried emailing them to ask when we can expect things done and haven't heard anything back from them. Apparently 17 months wasn't enough time to get everything finished.
I would advise anyone considering this builder to stay away from them.

Your comments are surprising in light of the conversation we had over the phone regarding getting compensation for the storage of your furniture and house hold items. Once we had made the arrangements and given you the compensation, you had said you were very happy with your new home. Even after that we had made subsequent phone calls to make sure we had remedied the situation, and again you had said that you loved your new home.
WestView takes responsibility for taking longer than expected to build your home. But we feel that we have done everything we can to compensate for the inconvenience. We hope to put this issue at rest, and wish you many happy years in your new home, which we were proud to have built.
