This company built my new spec home. It is a very nice house, I love it overall and I especially like the design of my new home very much. That said, customer service could be improved. The company is very hard to contact and deal with, and when we get ahold of them it is a very slow response time. That said, they are slowly finishing things that are left to be taken care of, but are getting them done.
There are very professional people working for company, NOT ANYMORE they're just kind of slow. Overall I am satisfied with my new home.
Update, Moved in June 2012, still some repair work to be done, apparently in 2014 if I'm lucky.
