I recently had the pleasure of working with Urban Tree Floors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their team is exceptionally knowledgeable about hardwood floors, and their customer service is outstanding.

Jon, the owner, is a true expert who takes the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the process, ensuring that customers feel informed and confident. Throughout the entire project, I worked from home and was impressed by the team's punctuality and professionalism. The crew arrived exactly on time each day, immediately got to work, and remained focused throughout the day.

The employees were not only highly skilled but also friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence made the experience seamless and stress-free.

After getting several quotes from different companies I went with Urban Tree flooring & so glad I did. They came when they said they would & were done after 3 days! I was so happy with the job they did & yes, it is DUST FREE! No regrets at all & have been promoting their company to all of my neighbours that require the same job!

Urban Tree Flooring refinished our over 30 year old oak hardwood floors and they look like new. Their dust collection system removes the sanding dust from the house leaving everything virtually dust free. The baseboards did not have to be removed and there was no damage to them. They offered the choice of a commercial finish that should last many years. Workers arrived on time and were pleasant to deal with. We are satisfied customers.

Jon and his team did a fantastic job and we could not be happier with the result. Our tired old floor has been completely transformed and we are loving it! The team are friendly, professional and meticulous in their work, and the process was efficient and totally dust free. We are thrilled with the work performed by Urban Tree Flooring (UTF) and highly recommend their services. Our main floor renovation included adding hardwood in our living room, dining room and den areas. UTF expertly feathered the new wood in with our existing oak flooring, to the point where we cannot delineate old versus new. The installation layout looks fabulous, the sanding and staining were done well, and the final finishing coats brought the wood's characteristics out beautifully.

Every team member was well-trained, professional, courteous, punctual and willing to share their knowledge/expertise when we asked questions. Urban Tree refinished our OLD golden oak hardwood floors. From the quote to the finishing, they were excellent to work with. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. We are so pleased with the results. Many people think we got new floors and can’t believe the quality of their work being able to refinish the old hardwood. The previous owners of our home did a really horrible job on our maple hardwood floors. It looked like they used rags to spread the stain around, and they didn't even vacuum or sweep before staining because the finish was full of hair and dust. Urban Tree Flooring did a wonderfully amazing job giving new life to our floor! They sanded the old, ugly stain away, and refinished the floor with a darker colour that really looks beautiful! Michael, Kory and the rest of the team have high standards and the pride they have in their work really shows. Their 99% dust-free sanding system was also awesome. The dust is vacuumed right into a drum in their truck. We also had them cut and install new baseboards for us, including tricky cuts around rounded corners, and it looks fantastic. We would recommend Urban Tree Flooring to anyone who wants to give their hardwood floors a fresh new look that will last a long time.

The guys at Urban tree did my wood restoration after a minor flood caused by a leaky toilet, great service from quote to finish. Done on time and on budget. Floor looks like new! ( Exotic cherry wood) Tgey really know their stuff and we’re great to work with. Highly recommend their services.
