A few months back, we were having a recurring problem with lint on our clothes, so we started with the company that sold us our washer in the first place. Two visits later, the problem still wasn't fixed, and they told is there was nothing wrong, that it was probably lint from the dryer (which it was not). But they wouldn't open up the machine to really get in there, like I asked them too.
So I called The Appliance Service Centre. Darcy was happy to open up the machine, and we found lime scaling all over the inner tub. It was caking up and ending up on our clothing. Problem fixed.
So, when our washer flooded recently (a completely unrelated problem), I went straight to The Appliance Service Centre again, and this time they sent Michael. Unfortunately, he couldn't find the problem, but he said there would be no charge for the visit. Imagine that! They still made the effort to come out, so I was certainly happy to pay for their time, but he declined. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Very professional, and they clearly know their stuff. If they can't find the problem, I don't think anyone can.
