Initially, I called for a Dry repair. When he arrived Terry very quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 1/4 of an hour. The service included cleaning out the dryer cabinet as it needed it having never been opened before.
I asked "Do you mind if I ask a question about my fridge while you are here? " Terry was happy to answer my question stating that there was a problem with my drain system and, since he was here and had the time, he fixed my Fridge at the same time eliminating the need for a second service call.
Terry was friendly and professional and I will definitely call him again if I have an appliance that needs service.
In my experience customer service like this is increasingly rare. I have no reservations about recommending Terry and Appliance Service Centre.
