Diagnose problem and fix fridgedaire wall oven

Oven was not holding heat. Suspected that the lower element was not working. Technician fixed problem by replacing it.
Appliance Service Centre was very accommodating and efficient in sending someone out. He came twice. First visit he diagnosed problem and second he fixed it. Was very kind, and polite.
