Appliance Service Centre

My 13 year old dishwasher quit working and after reading reviews of service companies, I e-mailed Appliance Service Centre. I was very happy with them right from the start. Once I e-mailed my request for a service call, I received a call promptly to set up an appointment. Due to my work hours, I was not able to have someone come until Saturday. I was paying a premium but knew that having someone come in on a Saturday, and I thought that the premium for a Saturday service call was very reasonable. Louis was on time and very friendly and polite. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. Due to the price of the part and the age of the machine, we decided to purchase a new one. Louis was very helpful with recommendations on a brand, where to purchase and what to look for in a new machine. Took the time to answer all of my questions. Hopefully I won't have to call for service for any of my other appliances for some time, but if I have to, I am going to call Appliance Service Centre.
