Tenant broke glass oven door on move out day (Monday). I emailed the same evening, received a prompt email back from the owner Terry requesting some information. They scheduled a repairman to come on Wednesday. Louis gave me a courtesy call 25 minutes before arriving and fixed the door within 30 minutes. What I paid was very close to what I was quoted in the email. Fast, efficient, polite, and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
