Stove oven not heating hot enough

Our stove was not working, so I called for an appointment. They offered me one the next day. I got an email the night before, giving a 2 hour window of when the service man was to arrive. Louis cane on time, was very respectful and pleasant. He fixed the stove (it was the element). He had to remove the side panel, so was not an easy fix. We were very satisfied.
We would reccomend this business.
