Great sales, installation and service
GREAT SALES AND GREAT SERVICE. We bought our Arctic Spas hot tub from Trevor pre-COVID, and he provided the education and help we needed to help us buy our hot tub. The team that installed the tub was careful getting it into our backyard, and did a great job of setup. Since then I've always been confident I could call or drop in and get any 'stupid' question answered quickly. Recently we had our first real problem with the tub. The team at Paradise Bay was friendly and helpful. Kirt led me through what to look for (just in case I could resolve the problem on my own). When I couldn't get the fix done, they scheduled Dave to come out, check it out and fix it for us. Dave was professional, quick, and thorough. A couple of hours of his work and our hot tub is up and running again.
