Mango Maids

I have been with mango maids for the last 6 years, and I never ever had a problem with the service. I use them 2-3 times a month.
I have a great team cleaning my house.

I booked a residential cleaning in this company. They did an awesome job. They gave a satisfying service!!! They have the perseverance and so fast in doing their individual job. They work so hard!!! Since then, I am a bi-weekly regular client for them!! Keep up the good work guys!!!!

We've been using Mango Maids for weekly house cleaning for about 2 years. I have found them quite reliable and diligent. Overall, I am happy with the service, planning to continue to use them and have recommended them to friends.

I had a cleaning done by Mango Maids and I have two gentleman who did the cleaning for me... I was so impressed. My house is fantastic! Now, I have them on a regular basis.

CARPET CLEANER DAMAGED/CHIPPED WOOD BANISTER ON ALL 3 LEVELS. CARPETS WERE SOPPING WET FOR 5 DAYS! NOT DAMP WET& DRIED 7-8 DAYS. CLEANING FOR $700.00 WAS LESS THAN ACCEPTABLE. CUSTOMER SERIVCE TOOK 4 DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME AND KEPT SAYING SOMETIMES IT TAKES THAT LONG TO DRY CARPET AND DID I OPEN WINDOW ETC (I'VE CLEANED CARPETS BEFORE AND DRIES IN A DAY.) HAD TO RECLEAN HOME AS FOOT PRINTS FROM WET CARPET MADE A MESS ON THE WOOD. SENT PICTURES OF DAMAGE AND THEY TOOK OFF CARPET CLEANING AND 10% OFF HOUSE CLEANING. NOT WORTH IT SINCE WE HAD REALTOR COMING IN TO SELL HOUSE AND SOO MUCH AGGRIVATION AND FRUSTRATION WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL I DEMANADED TO TALK TO A MANAGER. CANNOT BELIEVE THEY CHARGE $700.00 FOR THE CLEANING THAT THEY DID. WILL NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND.

We hired Mango Maids to do a move out clean of the apartment we were moving into while we were away for away. They said it would be $250 for 4 hours of cleaning, which they said, should be plenty of time to do a thorough cleaning of a 700 square foot apartment. I ended up having to clean the place for 2 hours before the movers came. The walls had sticky marks everywhere as children used to live here. The outside of the washer and dryer were covered in dust and very sticky, the windows were not done, the dishwasher was filthy with food and hair, and the cupboards were all dirty and sticky. I understand that because of the children lived here that it requires a bit of scrubbing, but I am angry that I had to do 2 hours of that cleaning after I already paid them. Then when checking my credit card statement, they charged me an additional $50 for 'additional time' they needed, which they never asked my consent for. I tried to let them know I wasn't happy but they refused to help me and claimed someone else messed up the house after they went in there, which is impossible as we were out of town and they keys were left in our friends mailbox. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend anyone give this company your money. Do it yourself and use the money to treat yourself to dinner after! You'll just end up doing it yourself anyway if you hire Mango Maids. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

We bought TWO Groupon vouchers, and got 10 hours cleaning, because we have a big house. THe crew was prompt, and as per the instructions Igave onthe phone, worked through my priorities (thorough dusting of elaborate banisters; cleaning hardwood floors),then their usual checklist. They couldn't finish one floor, but I hadn't expected it. We tipped them well, and then had them come in for carpet cleaning, which was competently done.
