The agreement with the Mango maid cleaning was after receiving their promotion coupon by mail.
It was agreed to do move out cleaning and was clearly explained to the telephone attendant that the house was freshly painted.
1. No sanding to the dry walls was done. It was an advantage to the cleaners that the walls were freshly painted so they do not have to clean the walls except the walkin closet of the master bedroom which was requested by me.
2. There was 2 technicians and a young girl of 10- 12 years old I thought she came with her mom, not to be counted as a technician who can charge me, I guess that the poor quality job in the second bathroom of upstairs due to the lack of experience of a small girl, the wash basin and the toilet was obviously dirty and the light fittings was not touched at that bathroom.
3. The hardwood floor was not swept, the dirt was every where on the wood. We are not talking about scratches here.
I mopped the floor after long waiting for this company and I wish they can see how shiny and clean it is now, even with some scratches.
They did not clean the window sill and frame of 3 rooms.
4. We agreed on a job to be done at 366 dollars, we did not agree on hours, if they provide small kids as workers, then of course their estimations will go wrong. They charged $255 for carpet cleaning. I have previously used carpet cleaning companies who they charge $100- $150.
They charged $217 for cleaning part of the house, total $472.
