Once again Aire Max has saved the day. It's currently -20C in Toronto, and of course my furnace conked out. Max responded within mins of my text, and was able to fit me in for an inspection that morning. After the inspection, and as always, several options were given to me: repair/fix or get a new unit. He carefully explained the options and walked me through the CANADA GREENER HOMES GRANT, which would offset the costs of upgrading to a new furnace and a new (and needed) heat pump. He works closely with an official govt auditor who promptly made time THE SAME DAY to inspect our home and ensure the paper work was in order to apply for the grant, following which Max began the installation of the new furnace. THIS ALL HAPPENED THE SAME DAY. Max knew we needed to get the furnace in promptly and did his best to get that done and will save us $$ in the process.
