Al Elegance

My family has used Al Elegance many times over the years and they have always done a great job for us. On one occasion we had an accident on the stairs and they came by the same day after hours to fix the stairs for us.

Wonderful people who work hard for their customers.

I found this company on line, met with Karen at my house and she was the most friendly and professional person you could ever meet. we signed a deal on doing my stairs, she came a couple of times to show the material, again very professional we also met at the store to choose the stringers and than she brought the samples to my hose. once the work was done, there were some deficiencies, I spoke to her and she told me that they would come back for another coat and touch ups. once covid 19 hit, we kept in touch but unfortunately, I was given the run around for almost a year but not by Karen, I had my friend use the company to do the stairs also, in the last two months it has been the worse time in trying to resolve the issues, I was promised that they would come in on a Sunday, I had everyone out of the house but no one came and no calls either. I would phone and the voice mail was full, I finally was given an ultimatum of a days notice, someone came today but unfortunately we could not communicate due to language barrier, at the end the job was not completed and I was left with a sour taste in my mouth as I was yelled and called rude by the owner on the phone, I will count my losses I have 4 people asking me for their number but I will never recommend them to anyone again.

When I saw the teak sample hardwood floor they had in the showroom, I knew I needed to have it in my home. I've been to many hardwood stores and not one of them offered this type of wood. If you're the clumsy type that drops things on the hardwood and find that the floors are all dented this is the best material to go for.

The saleslady was very courteous, however, the craftsmanship is not the best. But you get what you pay for :)

I got referred to them bby my own brother. Karen is amazing. She came in and gave us a quote. No pressure tactics. Then she went back and forth to make sure that we chose what we wanted. She workied with us and even came to my office to finalise the floor samples that we chose. They started and finished in 4 days (1 day more than promised) but I was promptly informed of the delay and the reasoning (truck accident and they were still awaiting the delivery of the wood). They cleaned up after themselves and the workers (did not speak much english) were very professional and courteous.... I highly recommend them.
