We have used this company for our heating and plumbing repairs and maintenance for over ten years. This past year we had to replace our gas hot water heater, a furnace zone valve and the main water supply pressure relief value in addition to regular maintenance.
Service is very good, in emergencies, it is usually same day and if work is scheduled, the technicians show up when promised or the company calls to explain any changes to the schedule.
The workmanship has always been high quality. All people I have come into contact with have been personable and knowledgeable. All work performed or suggested is thoroughly explained. All jobs are estimated in advance and I can not recall any increase in price upon completion.
We do subscribe to the Campbell Care Club but I am generally not a fan of this kind of customer retention plan. So that is where I take one star off the rating for paying to get discounts.
I am willing to pay extra for the fast response and high quality of service and workmanship.
