I was very pleased that Ian has great communication with his clients. His staff as well were right on time and very careful and professional. As well the little extra things beyond the call of duty were very gracious. I did not have to attend the moving as they had GPS to find the storage address and they brought back the keys to the storage facility. Thanks you Ian
