I was referred by a Realtor who has worked with Dana before. I called Dana, and he came down right away to provide an estimate (same day).

Some popcorn can be painted using a roller, but only if once painted already, and I knew this. Dana pointed it out right away also, so I could tell he knew what he was talking about.

I needed them painted fast, before Christmas, in time for an Open House in the new year. Although he had to re-schedule me once, he remembered the urgency and he was very flexible with a new date. He was able to come out just after Boxing Day. I was relieved.

On the day, he sent Nic to perform the job, and he showed up about 10 or 15 minutes early. Check! Although Nic had not seen the house beforehand, he had all the details from Dana, so I didn't have to re-explain everything. Nic was great. I knew he had a big day ahead, but he went right to it -- masking the liv/dining room, fireplace, chandelier, mirror, plus a ceiling in a stairway. So had to use the big ladders. There was some over spray in some areas that was very minor and he corrected with a wet cloth. Check! The cut in along the nubbly popcorn and wall was very well done! Nic was professional.

End of the day, he packed up everything and I could start vacuuming and putting things back.

I was putting the ceiling fan blades back on and I knocked loose some popcorn. No problem, I called Dana back and he dropped off some touch-up paint for me.
