I had previously hired a well known company to clean my carpet due to coffee stains. The result was inferior. The technician was unknowledgeable and quite rude. Greg from THE ONE carpet cleaning had amazing results! ALL THE STAINS are gone. We couldn't be more pleased. He was courteous, professional and we will definitely recommend his services to all our friends. The Rotovac cleaner is the only way to go. Thank you Greg for regaining our confidence in good quality work.
