Aquamaster Drain, Plumbing & Waterproofing

After our basement flooded, we needed to install a sump pump and back water valve. Bob was very prompt to visit our house and provided us with the quote right away. They were able to start the work immediately. The installation crew were on time, clean and professional. Great job all around!

We are very pleased with the work on our home’s foundation performed by Fedir and his team from Aquamaster.
Fedir was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional in assessing our situation.
He even suggested ways for us to confirm where the water leak problem was occurring, prior to receiving our contract to do the work.
On the job, Fedir was always available and scheduled each step of the project. He provided us updates and made sure the job site was organized, clean and tidy. Fedir coordinated the
disconnection and hook-up of our air conditioning units, keeping the time they were shut down to a minimum. In one section of our house the team worked in very tight quarters with all the major utilities running underground. Fedir’s supervision made sure the work was done safely and executed in a timely manner.
Fedir was also helpful installing a sump pump in our basement and preparing the paperwork for re-imbursement through the City of Toronto Basement Flooding Protection Program. After Aquamaster finished the job, there were no water leaks from subsequent rain storms with heavy downpours. We would highly recommend Fedir and the Aquamaster team for any work that involves drainage, plumbing or waterproofing.

Very professional work by Aquamaster all along the entire project! Our waterproofing project involved digging ground 7-8 feet deep along the wall, removing the old weeper, placing a new one at a deeper level and routing it through the wall to the sump pit. The basement wall was properly washed and carefully dried before application of the waterproofing membrane. The ground was properly compressed as the trench was being filled back. From what I observed, Aquamaster people did not cut corners. They worked very diligently and professionally, paid attention to details and cared to clean up the site and the driveway upon completion of the work. I highly recommend them for any waterproofing or plumbing project!
