An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We are very pleased with the work on our home’s foundation performed by Fedir and his team from Aquamaster. Fedir was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional in assessing our situation. He even suggested ways for us to confirm where the water leak problem was occurring, prior to receiving our contract to do the work. On the job, Fedir was always available and scheduled each step of the project. He provided us updates and made sure the job site was organized, clean and tidy. Fedir coordinated the disconnection and hook-up of our air conditioning units, keeping the time they were shut down to a minimum. In one section of our house the team worked in very tight quarters with all the major utilities running underground. Fedir’s supervision made sure the work was done safely and executed in a timely manner. Fedir was also helpful installing a sump pump in our basement and preparing the paperwork for re-imbursement through the City of Toronto Basement Flooding Protection Program. After Aquamaster finished the job, there were no water leaks from subsequent rain storms with heavy downpours. We would highly recommend Fedir and the Aquamaster team for any work that involves drainage, plumbing or waterproofing. Elaine & Rick Gray
