Amy was our sales rep and she was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive without being pushy. The carpets guys worked really fast, they misunderstood our directions and stripped our bedroom carpet so we had no where to sleep that night but it wasn't a biggie. Diverse wanted us to pay only a portion using our credit card as their merchant fee's are expense for them (it WAS in the fine print but who reads that). That didn't make us very happy as we collect airmiles. However, they DID in the end let us pay the total amount using our cc so we were thrilled. The carpet looks great and we would for sure recommend them!

We have addressed with Amy that although payment terms are stated in our terms and conditions. That we need to go over this with the client verbally before the client commits to the purchase. Also we have implemented where it is also now to be printed on the face of the contract.
