When the guys showed up to do the work they uncovered a lot more layers and problems than had been evident.(My house is very old - 1880's.)
Within a short time the owner, Trish, was onsite to discuss options. With her help we were able to make an informed decision as to how to proceed.
By the end of the day the work was done and the site cleaned up. They even patched a section of the shingled roof at no extra charge!

I am always amazed to open up roofs and find all sorts of interesting "history". If houses in Toronto could speak they would tell interesting stories. Your may be; " we decided to build a roof on top of another roof on top of another to be the best in Toronto!"
