Our closing date got moved by a few weeks and so we had to revise our start date, but Fixer on The Roof was extremely accommodating despite it being the busy renovation season.
When they finally started on our roof there was some significant damage that no one could have foreseen. Fixer on The Roof walked us through our options and the revised pricing in great detail. As first time home owners who had purchased a century old row house in downtown Toronto with a flat roof we were thankful we were dealing with a company who had significant experience with these types of roofs. The roofers who did our roof were professional, cordial and efficient. Once our roof was complete we were provided with before and after pictures for our files.
