Silicone shower stall, Re-Paint, Repair garage wall
We're in our mid-eighty's and have been looking for some time to have a handyman to spruce up our place from time to time. I took a flyer on Glen and Handy 4 You. He was easy to reach and quick to come to silicone our bathroom stall which had developed black mildew. He did an absolutely perfect job, hard to believe w/o masking the several surfaces and he siliconed two areas around the tap mechanism to prevent water from seeping to the floor below.
While he was here, Glen sanded down and painted a stain on the living room ceiling probably caused by prior seepage from the upstairs shower.
And, as a future project, I showed him a hole in the garage wall which might have been raccoon-made. We scheduled a time for him to repair. He came back and did it perfectly, cutting out a section, replacing it with plywood, caulking the edges and painting it to match. While he was here he put another layer of paint over the living room ceiling stain which, as he had earlier speculated, showed through his earlier painting. It can't be seen now.
