We absolutely love our Avi home! We had an exceptional experience building with Homes by Avi. The communication and information we received from start to finish was consistent every step of the way. We felt confidence in choosing them to help us with the biggest financial decision of our lives to this point.

We always felt like we were in good hands, from the first walk through the Walden show home, to selecting a model and lot, going to their selections centre and choosing all of our options with an in-house designer, through the construction phase and then lastly, participating in our final walk through and possession. Every step of the way, they did exactly what they said they would do… Which is seemingly hard to find these days!

The construction was right on time, and any deficiencies that arose throughout the build process were dealt with in a timely manner. We believe we received great value for our money with Homes by Avi and have full confidence in continuing to recommend them to our friends and family.

Bought a spec home in the Trumpeter area. Love the area and the home is exactly what we need. No major issues with the builder and they have been very helpful with anything regarding the structure of the home. From the sales lady to the site supervisor on location, they have been nothing but helpful. However the landscaping leaves much to be desired. Poor quality, and very slow. From the spreading of the topsoil to the laying of the sod. I would recommend seeking a discount from the purchase price and hire a landscaper that will perform the task which would compliment the quality of the home. Sadly for this project the landscaping was included, and it has been nothing short of a disaster.

From the initial walkthrough of Homes by Avi townhomes, to 3 months later I have been 100% satisfied. My sales rep, Anita Bustos was always accommodating, professional and extremely patient with me...as I kept changing my mind on home and locations and ended up back where I originally started. She always made me feel as though my experience was her only concern and that my changed were not annoying. Followed up by the amazing admin service shown to me by Nonie Warin. Anything I needed to know - I had an accurate and immediate response to. I always felt...and still feel....that my needs are completely taken care of. The Site Super - Dave always made time for me and whenever there was something that needed to be tweaked, he made sure it happened perfectly and in a timely fashion. Besides the service, my home is wonderful. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to refer anyone to Homes By Avi.

We had to move to Calgary due to tragedy and loss in our family. We moved here for a fresh start and bought a brand new home built by Avi. We love our home and one of the things that would make me recommend Avi to another person is the customer service. I feel the people that work for Avi go above and beyond in helping out their customers. Every time we have an issue with our home Avi is very prompt in getting back to us and fixing it. They even gave us gifts on possession day which made us feel so very welcome after all we have been through as a family. We looked at many homes before we bought and know we made the right choice.
